GUIDELINES FOR INQUIRY

To allow us to present our proposal to the stand along with the cost estimate fair we need information such as:

- Name, place and date of the fair,

- Booth area (length x width)

- The location of booth (map-serial, corner, island)

- Type of construction (building the system, non-systemic)

- Equipment which is located on the stand (household appliances, tables, chairs, Bar stools, counters, sofas,    flowers, etc.)

- Exhibition booth (what products we showcase, characteristics)

- Graphics, photos, slogans, logos (which are to be in the booth)

- Preferences for colors

- Whether the stand is to be re-built

- The estimated budget for the stand (it helps us to adapt materials at the design stage)

- Term decision-making (date when we should send our offer)
